The Guggenheim Museum Bilbao presents in situ: Refik Anadol, an extraordinary immersive experience merging art, architecture, and artificial intelligence. Inspired by the work of architect Frank Gehry, Refik Anadol’s Living Architecture offers audiences an unprecedented fusion of art, technology, and spatial design. Using AI-generated "artificial hallucinations," this large-scale installation transforms data into constantly mutating, evocative abstract configurations.
Refik Anadol, a U.S.-based Turkish artist, is a pioneer in the application of artificial intelligence to creative production, exploring its implications for the present and future of society. At Refik Anadol Studio, designers, architects, scientists, and researchers collaborate on ambitious interdisciplinary projects where data serves as the raw material for digital artwork. This exhibition is part of a new series launched by the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao, with the support of 1OF1 and Euskaltel.
